Equalities Forum

The minutes have been distributed to the attendees of the first Chelmsford Equalities forum held in association with the New Generations Development Agency.
The first meeting on 7th December 2009 at Essex Records Office was very well attended and resulted in a clear need for a venue and community facility for community groups to run and maintain as a collective.
